For all of the advantages for both affiliates and publishers in the Clickbank network... there are a few "glaring" things that should be changed somehow... somewhy.
1. Ugly ass links: Who's gonna click on sexdog.adoniseff.hop.clickbank.net? It looks like a spam site or something. Trust me, people look at the links that they are clicking on.
2. The "hop=affiliate id" that appears on the homepage after someone has clicked through on your link. It tells people that either there's an affiliate commission getting paid (to savvy online people) or that something might be wrong with the site.
But... as always... I've got TWO fixes that SOLVE this problem.
First, we'll set up a redirect link with your affiliate link on our domain so that it looks like this:
===>
http://www.adoniseffect.com/yourpreferredname
Second, I have a piece of code that strips the "hop" out of the address bar as the site settles (after the tracking cookie has dropped of course) so that you don't have to worry about anyone stealing your commissions...
... or running from the hills when something doesn't look right.
So... there you go... two easy ways that I've got you covered in this regard.
Oh, and guess what... not many Clickbank publishers even KNOW about the second "trick"... much less give a damn about your commissions enough to even OFFER the first option.
I told you I've got secrets :)
They get better.
