New Link Structure - Link To Any Content And Get Credit
Okay guys (and girls)...
I've been working really hard to try to come up with a way that you can actually CHOOSE where your visitors land.
Now, I've seen others do this, but not to the extent of what I'm about to tell you.
With this, you can send your visitors to ANY site and still get credit for any sales... ANY PAGE... whatever.
Lets say that you want to send someone to a specific page on the AE forum (which comes out tomorrow)... lets say one of the rage videos.
All you do is find the address of the page (video) at the top of your browser... and cut and paste like so...
===> http://adoniseffect.ning.com/video/video/show?id=2073875%3AVideo%3A126
(just strip out the 'http://' part of the link and insert after the 'lid' function... like so...
to => http://affid.adoniseff.hop.clickbank.net?lid=adoniseffect.ning.com/... <= new aff link
Your people go through the standard clickbank affiliate link, then get redirected AFTER they are tracked... to the location that you want.
It's an easy way to introduce people over to the forum and still get credit for sales.
Also, we'll have different landing pages coming soon as well... a few different "squeeze" pages, article pages with opt in, etc... that way YOU can test out what works best for your traffic.
For example, if you like using PPC traffic and you don't use a landing page, but send the traffic straight through your affiliate link, you'll more than likely want to send your traffic to one of our "squeeze" pages so that we can warm your prospects up.
On the contrary, if you write great presells, you might want to go ahead and send people straight to a "buying" landing page as your people don't need to jump through hoops... they're ready to buy.
This is powerful stuff!
Think about it... if one of us writes a MONSTER blog post, you can direct people to the post THROUGH your link (nonchalantly) and then let them become presold by the blog post itself... and you get credit.
You don't have to have them read one of our articles that get put on your site... and then have them go directly to the sales page... you could mix it up.
Maybe you have one article and then "send" the visitor to another article on our site through your affiliate link, where they pick up the free bonus, maybe read a few more articles, jump on the forum, and then buy... while you still get credit... and it doesn't have to look like a "forced" referral.
"Hey, (blank), you should go read this article ==> aff link to article"
I hope you can see how powerful this is.
Not only this, but I'll be putting an adwords php code on the download page this week hopefully so you can see which keywords are converting for you and trim your ad spend...
... another cool toy for you!
Oh, I almost forgot, you can still use clickbank's "tid" function with the new link... just do this

Once I get the google code in place, you'll be able to do this:

Of course, you'll need to "cloak" this, but that's easy to do.
